This draft describes only the new contact function. It is not a complete privacy notice. Hosting, controller details, legal bases, retention, recipients, rights and any international transfers must be completed against the actual operation.
Contact enquiries
The form collects first name, last name, email address, an optional telephone number, the selected category and the message. It also stores the language, IP address, browser identifier, and the time and version of the privacy acknowledgement. Enquiries are stored in the application database and are accessible in the protected admin area.
When email notifications are enabled by the operator, only a notice that an enquiry has arrived, with its internal reference number, is sent to the configured address. The actual case information is not included in that notification.
Technical integration
The new layout does not load analytics scripts, advertising scripts or external fonts. It uses locally served CSS and JavaScript. When external image URLs are entered in the admin area, loading those images may establish a connection to the respective provider.
The application uses a technical session and CSRF protection for forms and admin access. The precise description, legal basis and configuration must be reviewed before launch.
